Our intent
We never sell templates as a one-time purchase — membership is a subscription, and we'd rather you cancel a subscription that isn't working for you than dispute a charge. Once checkout is live, a clear refund window will be confirmed and stated here, in the checkout flow, and in /legal/terms.
Cancellation, once live
You'll be able to cancel anytime from your account's billing page. Cancelling stops the next renewal — you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for, consistent with the FAQ on /pricing.
