bestsaasboilerplate.com is an independent SaaS boilerplate comparison site — we don't sell the boilerplates we rank against our own, and if we ever ship our own template, it's scored by the same rubric as every competitor, including when it loses.
Why most "best boilerplate" lists can't be trusted
Most "best SaaS boilerplate" lists on the internet are written by a boilerplate vendor — and every one of them conveniently ranks itself first. That's not a comparison, it's a pitch with a listicle wrapper. bestsaasboilerplate.com exists to be the version of that page written by someone with nothing to sell you at the top of the ranking.
How we actually test products
We buy and test the products we cover — real installs, real build attempts, real pricing pulled from the vendor's own page — instead of taking a vendor's word for what their product does. Where we don't have real data yet (a score, a price, a build result), we show that plainly instead of guessing or inventing a number that looks more finished than it is.
How the site makes money
We make money by selling our own templates — never through affiliate links on a graded page. No vendor we review can pay for placement, a better score, or a faster review. See /disclosure for the full policy.
